The manifesto in words
We are a lab. A lab doesn’t wait for proof. It runs the experiment.
No one knows if an idea works until someone builds it. Plans are guesses. Forecasts are guesses. A working thing on a real screen is an answer.
With AI agents, trying has never been cheaper. When trying is cheap, waiting is the expensive choice.
So we build first, show it early, and let the results teach us. Some experiments fail. That is the price of finding the ones that don’t.
Certainty never arrives on time. We go anyway.
Who we are
An independent lab, run by one founder.
Founded in Singapore in 2025, Curly Mole Labs builds its own products and takes on client work. The founder directs AI agents, reviews the work and stays responsible for what the lab releases.
The founder brings experience in financial services, digital assets, product development and client-facing operations. That background shapes how we work: understand the job first, ship something real, and stay accountable for it.
We build and run our own products, starting with Supericons, icon search for people and AI coding agents. Running live products keeps us honest about what it takes to make software people rely on.
For client projects, we agree the scope before building and review the work before handing it over.
