Privacy notice
How we handle the details you share with us. Plain language, no surprises.
Who we are
Curly Mole Labs is an independent lab based in Singapore. For privacy questions, email hello@curlymolelabs.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email, and anything you choose to share such as your company, website and message.
While you fill in the form
Your answers are kept in your own browser so you do not lose them, until you close the tab. If you tick “Save this draft”, they stay on that device for 7 days. Your name and email are never saved this way.
The icon search
Words you type into the icon search on the home page are sent to Supericons, the icon search service we run, to find a matching icon. Like any web request, this includes basic technical details such as your IP address. Please do not type personal information there.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work with you. We do not sell your details or add you to mailing lists.
Who handles it
A small number of service providers process this information for us, only to host this website, run the contact form and deliver email. Some of them may store or process it outside Singapore.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while they remain useful for replying to you and for any work we may do together. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing hello@curlymolelabs.com.
